Version 1.0 · updated October 2, 2026
In short
- Nexo keeps only what it needs to work: your account and the content you create (projects, tasks, comments).
- Connecting Google Calendar is optional and read-only. Nexo never creates, changes or deletes anything in your calendar.
- Only the events you choose become tasks. Everything else is not stored.
- We do not sell data, show ads or use your data to train artificial intelligence.

Nexo is a project and task management app, available at nexo.evansit.com.br. This policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, "LGPD").
2. Data Nexo stores
- Account — the name and email you use to sign in.
- Content you create — projects, sections, tasks, comments, attachments, tags and custom fields.
- Usage records — task activity history and notifications generated by the app itself.
- Google Calendar (optional) — see section 3.
3. Use of Google user data (Google Calendar)
The connection only happens when you click Connect Google Calendar and authorize it on Google's screen. Nexo requests read-only permissions only:
- calendar.calendarlist.readonly — to show the list of your calendars so you can choose which one to import from.
- calendar.events.readonly — to show the events in the date range you choose.
Events are shown only to you, on the import screen. Only the events you select are saved in Nexo, as your own tasks, with title, description, dates, location and a link to the event. Events you do not select are not stored. Nexo never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Google Calendar.
The Google access token is stored and refreshed by the infrastructure of Base44, the platform that hosts Nexo, and is used only to fulfill your import requests.
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train artificial intelligence models, and not read by humans, except with your consent, for security purposes or to comply with the law.
Nexo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use data
Only to provide Nexo: signing you in, showing and organizing your projects and tasks, sending in-app notifications and importing the events you choose.
5. Sharing
Tasks and projects are visible to your team members in Nexo, according to each project's permissions. Data is stored on Base44, the app's infrastructure provider. We do not share data with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
- Data is kept while your account is active.
- Imported tasks can be deleted at any time inside Nexo.
- To disconnect Google Calendar, use Import from Google Calendar → Disconnect Google in Nexo, or remove access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The access token is deleted.
- To delete your account and all data, write to contato@evansit.com.br.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, anonymization and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to contato@evansit.com.br — we reply within 15 days.
8. Changes to this policy
If Nexo starts handling data differently, this page will be updated first, with a new version and date at the top.
