1. About this document

This policy explains what data the EzWorkout app uses, where it is kept and what you can do about it. It applies to the EzWorkout app for iPhone.

It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, "LGPD").

3. What the app stores

• Your settings — rest duration, set goal, alert types (sound, vibration), language and similar preferences. Kept on your iPhone only.
• Your workouts — workout name, exercises, sets, reps, weight and rest time. Kept on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, synced to your iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service, in your account's private space. Evans IT has no access to that space.
• Timer state — the rest in progress and the set counter, used to show the time on the Lock Screen. Kept on your iPhone only.

For the App Store, these workouts fall under "Fitness", linked to your iCloud account, used only for app functionality and never for tracking.

4. Microphone and speech recognition

Voice control is optional and only turns on if you enable it. When active, the app listens only for the word that starts the rest, and only while it is open in front of you — never in the background and never with the screen locked.

Recognition happens entirely on the iPhone. No audio and no transcript is ever recorded, stored or sent — not to Evans IT, not to anyone.

You can deny or revoke the permission at any time in iPhone Settings > EzWorkout. The timer keeps working normally with the buttons.

5. Notifications and Lock Screen

End-of-rest alerts (notification, sound, vibration and the Lock Screen timer) are generated on the iPhone itself. No server sends these notifications and nothing leaves the device for them.

6. What the app does not do

• It does not ask for your name, email or phone number, and does not create an account.
• It does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or Apple Health data.
• It shows no ads and uses no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
• It does not sell, rent or share data with anyone.

7. How long data is kept and how to delete it

• Deleting the app removes all settings and workouts stored on your iPhone.
• To delete the iCloud copy, go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage, choose EzWorkout and delete its data.
• Until you delete it, data is kept so the app can keep working.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction and deletion of your data, and send questions or complaints. Since Evans IT receives none of your data, you control almost all of this yourself on your iPhone and in iCloud, as described above. 9. Children

EzWorkout is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from anyone, of any age.

10. Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated first, with a new version and date at the top.
